Generating your preview takes about 10 seconds. Once you approve and check out, production takes 2–7 business days, plus 3–8 business days shipping. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.

You retain all ownership of the photo you uploaded. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes — display in your home, share on personal social media. Commercial resale or merchandising requires written consent. See our Terms of Service for the full text.

Yes. We use a fine-tuned image model to generate the portrait directly from your photo. We disclose this honestly — and importantly, the preview you approve is the exact 1K image we upscale and print. We never re-roll between checkout and production.

That is the goal. The model preserves face shape, fur color and pattern, ear shape, and eye color. Because every output is an artistic interpretation, exotic markings or unusual angles can be softened — that is exactly why you get a free preview before you pay.

Right now we only ship our curated styles — each is hand-tuned across hundreds of test variants so pets look like themselves, not generic clip-art. If you have a style request, email team.pawforever@gmail.com and we will add the popular ones to a future drop.

Do not check out. Try a different photo or pick a different style — previews are free and you can regenerate as often as you want. We never charge until you have approved a preview you love.

Each portrait currently features one pet. For two-pet portraits, email team.pawforever@gmail.com before ordering — we handle these manually.

We ship worldwide. Each order is automatically routed to the regional print partner closest to your delivery address. Shipping cost and ETA are calculated at checkout.

After 2–7 business days of production: US 3–5, Canada 5–10, EU/UK 3–6, Australia/NZ/Asia 7–14, rest of world 10–20 business days. Most orders arrive in 1–2 weeks total.

By a global network of print-on-demand partners with fulfillment centers across North America, Europe, and beyond. Each order is automatically routed to the partner closest to your delivery address.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT charged by their country. We cannot mark packages as gifts to reduce duties — that is against carrier policy.

Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Because each portrait is custom-printed for you alone after you approve the preview, we do not accept buyer’s-remorse returns. We do replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — email team.pawforever@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.

Free of charge before you click "approve and check out". Once production starts (typically within minutes of checkout), the order cannot be canceled because the printer has already begun work on a one-of-a-kind piece.

Email us within 30 minutes of checkout. After that the package is in production or in the carrier’s hands and we cannot reroute. If the package is returned to sender, we will re-ship at your cost.

A clear, front-facing close-up of your pet’s face in good natural light. Avoid heavy filters, blurry shots, costumes that hide the face, or photos taken in the dark.

Yes. We auto-convert HEIC to JPEG and rotate based on EXIF orientation in your browser before anything is uploaded — you do not need to convert it yourself.

Cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, and ferrets. We do not currently generate portraits of reptiles or fish.

After approval we upscale your 1K preview to 4K using a dedicated upscaler before sending the file to the printer — sharp enough for prints up to 24×36″.

Not unless you buy. Your photo is processed in-memory to generate the preview and is never written to our servers during preview. Only after a successful purchase do we keep a copy of the original to ensure print quality — and everything we store is deleted 90 days after delivery. We never use customer photos to train AI models.
